Lung cancer metastasis to bone

Lung cancer belong to the deadly cancer for both men and women. Compared with other cancer types, such as prostate cancer, colon cancer, and breast cancer. Lung cancer nowadays tends to rise faster development.

Lung cancer is the form very rapid cell growth (abnormal) in the lung tissue caused by changes in cell shape or tissue expansion of the cell itself. If left unchecked this abnormal growth can spread to other organs, both near and far to the lungs for example, bone, liver, or brain.

1. Metastatic bone cancer or secondary bone cancer: cancer from other organs that spread to the bone, so it is not derived from bone cancer. An example is the lungs cancer that spread to bone, which resembles a cell-cell the lungs cancer cells and is not a bone cell.
2. Primary bone cancer: a cancer originating from bone.
Which belong to the primary bone cancer are:
  • Multiple Myeloma
  • Osteosarcoma
  • Malignant fibrous fibrosarcoma & Histiositoma
  • Kondrosarkoma
  • Tumors Ewing
  • Bone Malignant Lymphoma.

The cause lung cancer caused by smoking is more dominant (87%), while the remaining are caused by the substance asbestos, radiation, arsenic, chromate, nickel, chloromethyl ethers, mustard gas and coke oven emissions can cause lung cancer, although usually only occurs in workers who also smoke.
